This position is based onsite at our rehabilitation center in Perth Amboy, where you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and support staff. Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Physical Therapist at Renown Physical Therapy encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and develop effective, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Consulting with other healthcare providers regarding patient care plans to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, re-evaluating progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patients' functional status and needs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of treatment sessions, including progress notes and discharge plans, in accordance with established regulations and standards.
