Administrative Operations Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Administrative Operations Coordinator will manage high-stakes calendar scheduling, oversee meeting logistics, and maintain digital workspace organization while supporting a team of educational consultants in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary handler for team calendars and orchestrate complex meetings across multiple time zones Manage end-to-end meeting logistics, including agenda preparation and live session support Centralize and validate data across operational platforms while ensuring standardized documentation and effective cross-functional communication Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from a top university in the Philippines Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is required Prior experience in project management, data analysis, or administrative roles is preferred Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills Experience in education consulting or college admissions is a plus
