HR Manager

Human Resources ManagerPrimary ResponsibilitiesPartner with distribution center leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies that support operational goals.Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure timely staffing of open positions while improving recruiting effectiveness and hiring outcomes.Drive retention initiatives through analysis of workforce trends, turnover, engagement feedback, and organizational needs.Build strong relationships across the distribution center through visible floor presence and accessible HR support.Coach leaders on performance management, leadership development, team member engagement, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.Lead team member relations activities, including investigations, corrective action, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.Partner with leaders to identify and support training and development needs across the operation.Promote a positive workplace culture through recognition, communication, engagement, and development initiatives.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR practices.Maintain HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.Oversee administration of compensation, benefits, leave management, team member records, and related HR processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including support of large team member populations in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or other operational environments.Demonstrated success leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, retention, and team member engagement initiatives.Strong background in team member relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.Proven ability to build credibility and influence leaders at multiple levels of the organization.Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement solutions.Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, HRIS platforms, and workforce reporting tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting a distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, or large-scale operations environment.Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
