Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to collect essential data regarding clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that clearly define objectives and interventions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Engage in teamwork by collaborating with other health professionals within the clinic, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support and risk assessments for clients in distress as needed, developing safety plans to mitigate future crisis events.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops, group therapy, and support sessions to bridge the gap between individual therapy and community healing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
