We are currently in search of a dedicated and proficient Medical Virtual Assistant to become part of our team. This role offers an outstanding chance for individuals who share our passion for healthcare and exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team of skilled virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, a thorough understanding of US accounting practices, and a demonstrated ability to support US-based clients effectively. While experience in the healthcare space is highly desirable, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute to our clients' success. Responsibilities Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process and reconcile financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial statements. Prepare and submit regular financial reports, summaries, and analysis to clients. Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist clients in budgeting and financial planning. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Help clients streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency. Provide support and guidance to clients on financial matters. Requirements 1+ years of proven experience in US bookkeeping and accounting roles. Candidate MUST be comfortable doing graveyard shift (MNL TIME) on a Fulltime basis. Candidate MUST be proficient in using QuickBooks. Candidate MUST have an Accounting Degree. Excellent understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
