Accountant

Job Description

35-40 hours (Over- time during Tax Season) Exciting opportunity to join a growing company and use your accounting expertise. High energy individual needed to perform Bookkeeping for multiple small business clients which includes processing bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, payroll, payroll taxes & general clerical duties using QuickBooks accounting software. Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge needed. Assist with tax preparation for Businesses and Individuals. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Minimum Requirements: * Bachelors Degree in Accounting, 5yrs experience in Accounting, Payroll or Tax Preparation & QuickBooks experience a must! Must be attentive to details and able to work in a fast paced environment. Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation needed. Great Customer Service Skills a must! Only candidates with minimum requirements will be considered!!

Required education:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting

Required experience:

Accounting: 5 or more years work experience in accounting. Quickbooks experience a must!.

Required license or certification:

Drivers License
