As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have access to secure video conferencing tools and digital practice management systems, facilitating your clinical services while supporting a high standard of confidentiality and client care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality clinical services via telehealth, ensuring the development and implementation of individualized, person-centered treatment plans.

• Continuously assess clients' mental health needs through regular screenings and assessments, adapting treatment strategies accordingly.

• Assist in creating, monitoring, and implementing individual service plans that focus on recovery and independence.

• Engage clients in the development of essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through interactive telehealth sessions.

• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access, ensuring their navigation through support services is smooth and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients struggling with mental illness who require support to achieve and maintain independence within their community. You will work with diverse cases from anxiety and depression to schizophrenia and bipolar disorders, tailoring your clinical approaches to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. Your dedication will play a pivotal role in their recovery journey and community reintegration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure required: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to provide therapy independently without supervision.
\n
• Clean licensure record with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Proficient in using telehealth tools, with a stable internet connection and necessary technical equipment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing direct clinical services, especially in a telehealth format.

• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a deep sense of empathy and compassion for clients facing mental health issues.

• Understanding of behavioral management techniques, anger management strategies, and symptom monitoring.

• Familiarity with community resources and the ability to assist clients in leveraging these services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
