Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and goals to develop personalized therapy plans that address specific challenges and aspirations.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to encourage individual progress and healing.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Faith Works Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your role will entail providing a safe space for clients to express their emotions and concerns, guiding them toward meaningful solutions and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling is essential.

• Exceptional communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Prior experience with EMR systems is highly preferred, as it enhances the documentation process and improves service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
