Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families to understand their unique mental health needs.

• Deliver individual and family therapy based on identified patient needs, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the client’s situation.

• Accurately complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames to ensure seamless administrative processes.
\n
• Develop crisis plans and safety protocols, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans to support stable functioning and recovery.
\n
• Create detailed discharge plans that facilitate the transition to independent functioning or ongoing care options, where necessary.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.

• Engage in case consultation and agency meetings to collaboratively enhance patient care and share insights on treatment approaches.
\n
• Stay current with licensure requirements and complete all mandatory training to enhance therapeutic competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
