Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostic frameworks.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Execute treatment plans with fidelity, regularly adjusting interventions based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards by accurately documenting client progress and treatment strategies.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health team members to ensure collaborative care and client support.

• Participate in peer review meetings that enhance treatment quality and team cohesion.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment processes, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge for better management.

Qualifications\n
