Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role emphasizes preparing clients to develop essential life skills and improving their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) that allows for independent practice—applicants with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
\n
• No prior disciplinary actions or limitations on licensure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to ethical practice.
\n
• Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic documentation.
\n
• Access to a computer with webcam and audio capabilities, along with a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a counseling setting is preferred.

• Experience working with a diverse client population and helping clients navigate various mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a healthcare stipend for full-time therapists, enhancing your financial and personal well-being.
