Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their unique emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions targeting issues related to aging, grief, addiction, and other life transitions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients, families, and care staff focusing on enhancing emotional well-being and quality of life for elderly individuals.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling sessions for clients and their families, particularly those navigating end-of-life challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on working with senior clients facing an array of emotional and psychological challenges linked to aging, including grief, life transitions, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus to ensure that our new team members feel valued from day one.
