As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing in-store operations alongside the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a 45-hour week
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
• Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations towards store improvements and employee development

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction
• Build trust with employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork
• Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and maintaining a clean and fun business environment while meeting store sales goals
