Southern Glazer's offers a competitive package with starting salary between $60,000 - $80,000 / year (includes fixed and sales variable compensation) plus eligibility for sales incentives and auto allowance. Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for managing and strategically growing SGWS’s business through influential leadership. Primary Responsibilities Accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as set by the Sales Director. Communicate local program spending effectiveness to maximize the company’s profits.
