JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew. Staffing. Paperwork. Cost Controls. Cash control. Food management. Work to a schedule. GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS

Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training, orientation and training provided on the job. Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers. Operate a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders. Navigate delivery area by reading maps and locating addresses. Drive safely, including navigating adverse terrain.

WORK CONDITIONS

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F to above 90 °F. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Exposure to adverse weather when delivering product, driving and couponing.

TEMPERAMENTS

Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress. Meet strict quality control standards.
