Assistant Manager (08406) Location: 829 S. Atlantic Blvd. Job Type Full-time Job Summary Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to oversee store operations, ensuring quality service, cost control, and staff compliance. The role requires strong leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee all shift activities including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. Set a positive example and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards 100 % of the time. Staff scheduling, paperwork, and adherence to the store schedule. Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and uphold a “perfect image.” Ensure profitability through effective cost and cash control. Provide excellent customer service and manage customer concerns. Maintain accurate order entry using computer or touch‑screen system. Qualifications Strong arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to give correct monetary change. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Ability to navigate a map and deliver orders within designated area. Basic motor coordination and quick, accurate movements with speed (e.g., handling food, operating equipment). Ability to work alone and in a team, handle stress, and meet quality standards. Physical ability to work in temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F, handle hot surfaces up to 500 °F, and navigate adverse terrain. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and mechanical parts. Driving duties for delivery may involve navigating multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
