Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.52 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate incident and activity documentation. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations, incidents, and operational needs. Minimum Requirements: Possess a New York State Security Guard License. Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have customer service experience, preferred. Possess CPR Certification, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
