Cytiva seeks a Lean Transformation Leader to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence at a new manufacturing facility in Muskegon, Michigan. The role involves deploying the Danaher Business System, leading lean initiatives, and building a culture of sustainable performance across plant construction and startup phases.

Responsibilities

Lead Danaher Business System deployment and integration across the site
Develop and facilitate kaizen events for construction, factory startup, and product relocations
Drive institutionalization of lean methodology and continuous improvement culture
Mentor and support Certified Practitioner candidates through development funnel
Conduct fact-based problem-solving sessions and ensure sustainability of improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline)
7+ years manufacturing operations experience in related settings
Demonstrated expertise facilitating kaizen events and lean workshop coordination
Strong change management and organizational leadership capabilities
Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and financial decision-making
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels

Compensation: $110,000-$135,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
