Account Executive (AE) — Trucking Insurance | $160K OTE | San Francisco

• Pay: $160K OTE — $80K base + $80K commission on bound premium (50/50 split, uncapped, paid monthly)
• Where: Downtown San Francisco, in office 5 days a week — 5-minute walk from Montgomery BART
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 9–5. Start ASAP.

What you'll do

• Take pre-qualified meetings from your BDR: demo, sign a one-page producer agreement on the call, pick the first account to quote before you hang up
• Carry 100–200 active brokers — get them submitting within 30 days and give each a path to $1M with Corgi
• Run growth plays on every call: renewals, re-quote past declines, new-authority trucking, per-load programs, moving an existing book
• Build pipeline against our Top 100 target agencies; hand live accounts to Account Management

What we're looking for

• 2+ years closing — B2B sales, insurance production, or brokerage — with a record of hitting number
• Runs a full cycle on the phone and on camera; sends the follow-up the same day
• Can learn appetite, coverage forms, and loss runs fast and explain them plainly

License and insurance experience

• Not required. No P&C license? We'll get you licensed in your first weeks — study time and exam fees on us. No insurance background? We'll teach you.
• Already have it? You start ahead. Any P&C seat counts — CSR, account manager, producer, carrier, MGA, wholesaler.
• Big bonus: trucking brokerage. Sold freight, placed trucking risks at a retail or wholesale brokerage, or worked a transportation desk — you know the customer's pain and their vocabulary. Tell us.
