Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. Although our counseling services are delivered through telehealth platforms, we maintain a robust virtual support system with regular team meetings and collaborative case discussions. You will be provided with the necessary technology and tools to ensure seamless interaction with clients and fellow team members, all while working Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks critical to the mental health and well-being of your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and emotional health, facilitating appropriate linkage to community-based or specialized services as required.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, setting specific therapeutic goals and monitoring progress.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including patient histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and documentation of progress and outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in high-stakes scenarios, applying your expertise in mental health conditions such as trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence.

• Educate and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care, addressing psychosocial stressors and needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services target a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals and families from various backgrounds, each presenting unique lifestyles, experiences, and needs. Your role will involve providing empathetic therapy to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns, ensuring they receive personalized care and support.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this meaningful position, applicants must possess the following:

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling to a diverse population with varying needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
