Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Zallence, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using ethical and compassionate methods, primarily via video conferencing.
\n
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities that promote positive mental health outcomes.
\n
• Assess clients’ needs to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
\n
• Guide clients through their emotional experiences, helping them gain insights into their feelings and relationships.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment methods as necessary to foster healthy coping strategies and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Our therapists work to empower clients through evidence-based practices, focusing on building resilience and fostering personal development. You will have the opportunity to work with clients who are seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid and applicable license to practice independently in California: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a genuine empathetic and supportive demeanor.
\n
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with telehealth technology.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting, particularly with telehealth services.
\n
• Familiarity with solution-focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy methodologies.
