Customer Service Project Manager

To support the Data Centers team, the full-time Customer Service Project Manager will manage projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring safety, budget, and quality objectives are met while working remotely from Wendell, NC. Key responsibilities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, budget, schedule, and quality standards Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle Identify, assign, and manage project resources, including engineering and field personnel, while proactively addressing project risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in service project management within relevant industries such as field service, EPC projects, or construction Authorization for employment in the U.S. without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex issues to diverse audiences Understanding of medium and/or high voltage electrical equipment and datacenter construction projects is preferred
