Leads integrated growth initiatives across prospecting, relationship management, consultative selling, strategic partnerships, thought leadership, and client engagement to strengthen market presence and commercial performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, production, data, technology, and operations to develop integrated business solutions aligned to client needs and evolving market opportunities. Uses market intelligence, industry trends, consumer insights, and business analytics to inform growth strategies, support new business pursuits, expand existing partnerships, and position organizational capabilities competitively within dynamic marketing and business environments.150,000-200,000 Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
