Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create customized therapy plans based on the clinical needs and goals of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring a personalized approach for each client.

• Utilize proven behavioral techniques to help clients achieve measurable long-term progress and success in their mental health journeys.

• Maintain detailed and organized client records in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training programs, workshops, and supervision to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing direct therapeutic services to various client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
