Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our Miami team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and committed to maintaining high service standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with clear pathways for advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments

  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Monitor account performance and ensure service delivery standards are met

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates

  • Support client retention initiatives and business development efforts

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
