Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic services to clients with major mental illnesses and emotional disturbances through assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-up care.

• Engage in direct clinical work, conducting personalized intake interviews, treatment planning, and continual reassessments of progress and needs.

• Work effectively within a remote team to develop and support integrated care plans that include family and other supporting services.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings for clients and arrange further assessments if necessary, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies that enhance service delivery and ensure a seamless experience for patients.

• Monitor client progress concerning treatment goals and adjust plans as necessary, emphasizing outcomes and empowerment.

• Be available for on-call coverage during program hours, ready to respond to crisis intervention needs and client inquiries.

• Document all interactions and maintain timely completion of required reports and data submissions using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
