About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in driving end-to-end revenue growth for its digital e-commerce marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning sales and marketing efforts with delivery teams and executive stakeholders, managing lead development, and ensuring high win rates and deal quality. This role demands a strategic leader who can translate performance into actionable insights, and who is adept at pipeline conversion, deal execution, and forecasting. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with lead generation partnerships and staying attuned to industry and client trends to meet market demands. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, particularly in the e-commerce space, with experience in digital advertising, paid media, and Amazon marketplace advertising. The role requires a leader with 8-12 years' experience in a similar capacity, managing revenue portfolios of $5M-$20M+, and a history of closing deals in the $150K-$700K range. Core competencies include pipeline management, sales process design, late-stage deal conversion, team leadership, and strong communication skills at the C-suite and board levels. The ideal candidate will be adept at cross-functional alignment, particularly between sales and delivery teams, and will be instrumental in ensuring that the company's growth strategy is in line with its financial and operational goals.
