Job #: 134568 Title: Inbound Customer Service Rep Location: Burlington Area Salary Range: $13.00-$16.00/hr DOE Position: Customer Service Rep Description: Team Staffing is currently searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a company in Burlington, IA to work 40 hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidate must be organized, efficient, reliable, an eye for detail and a strong clerical background. Pay: $13-$16/hr DOE Inbound Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Basic office tasks including filing, faxing, typing, accurate data entry etc. Answering a wide range of high traffic inbound phone calls on a multi-line phone system from clients, consumers, attorneys, insurance reps, third parties. Evaluating and effectively explaining charges in detail to consumers Negotiating payment deadlines and/ or establishing payment plans Processing payments Abiding by all company policies, procedures, and principles. Requirements: High School Diploma is required Professional and polite overall demeanor and articulate phone voice Excellent customer service skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to develop working relationship with your co-workers and management team. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ethical behavior when dealing with confidential, sensitive financial information. High level of accuracy and efficiency Computer literate and capable typing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be willing to comply with all company, local, state, and federal regulations. Must have the ability and resolve to stay focused on task regardless of interruption or distraction. Must be able to handle all calls with professional courtesy and dignity regardless of the situation. Must have the ability to maintain professional composure when a consumer becomes emotional or distressed.
