Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role based on-site in Huntington Beach, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing detailed expense reports, and handling confidential information. The role also involves facilitating communication between executives and stakeholders, maintaining organized records, and performing general administrative support tasks to ensure efficiency in daily business operations.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance experience
- Strong skills in handling Expense Reports and managing Executive Support tasks
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with office productivity software and scheduling tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Prior experience in providing support to C-level executives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
$30 - $39 per hour
