Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible work environment, primarily remote, allowing counselors the freedom to create their schedules while effectively managing their caseload. The remote team collaborates through state-of-the-art digital platforms to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients and other healthcare professionals. Despite being primarily remote, counselors will work closely in an outpatient setting when necessary to facilitate therapeutic sessions and engage with clients in-person as required.

Key Responsibilities\n
