Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and assessments to gather psycho-social data from clients, families, and other relevant sources.

• Implement the mental health recovery model in your practice, integrating recovery principles to empower clients on their healing journeys.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and crisis plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their strengths and personal goals.

• Regularly update and manage accurate records of client progress, treatment goals, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with medical professionals and other clinicians to provide comprehensive care for all patients.

• Stay updated on various counseling techniques and methodologies, including grief counseling and addiction therapy, to better serve a diverse client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working closely with a variety of client demographics, including children, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges. You will support individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and behavioral problems, ensuring that care is tailored to each unique situation. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling is required.
