Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mandated reporting processes and obligations surrounding duty to warn, ensuring the safety and protection of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare providers to create integrated support plans for students.

• Monitor clients' progress through ongoing evaluations, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on their evolving needs.

• Utilize data collection and analysis techniques to measure outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records and documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on current research, best practice methodologies, and new therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with middle and high school students from diverse backgrounds, experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. This role requires sensitivity to the unique issues faced by adolescents and the ability to navigate their concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
