Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to accurately identify the unique needs of each client and personalize therapy sessions accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling using such modalities as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored for individual client contexts.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care plans.

• Identify, assess, and refer clients to relevant community resources and support services, ensuring holistic care that extends beyond immediate clinical interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
