Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL. Salary Range: $50,000- $54,000 (Depending On Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Process approximately 200 vendor invoices per month
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approval
• Enter and maintain invoice information in the ERP system
• Prepare and process payment runs, primarily through ACH
• Process ACH payments for rent and other approved expenses
• Ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time
• Maintain organized AP records and documentation
• Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve basic invoice or payment questions

Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Experience processing a high volume of invoices
• Experience working with a large ERP/accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with ACH payments and payment processing
