divh2Billing Representative - Springfield, NJ/h2pGreat new career opportunity in long-term care pharmacy!/ppHours: M F 8:30 5:00/ppThe Billing Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:/polliRespond to all voice messages and emails within 24-48 hours/liliTrack and enter daily census for assigned facilities./liliUpdate the system with face sheet information for residents in their assigned facilities./liliHandle facility and customer service inquiries./liliReview and update system with resident information received from returned contracts for assigned facilities./liliHandle re-bill rejections resulting from status changes for assigned facilities./liliOn a monthly basis, handles all aspects of facility and private billing for assigned facilities./liliOn a monthly basis, contacts Unysis, CMS, and facilities to follow up on pending Medicaid statuses./liliOn a weekly/bi-weekly basis, review the pre-billing report for their assigned facilities/liliMaintains and fosters positive work environment within the billing and admissions departments./liliCommunicates effectively with all company personnel./liliAware of all compliance documentation needed for Medicare B Billing requirements./liliFollow Up procedures-needs to be able to follow up with doctors and facilities for necessary Medicare B compliance documentation/liliReconcile claims including secondary claims/liliResearch the different reconciliation for each state/liliKeep complete files for each Med B patient./liliParticipates in ongoing education and new compliance issues for appropriate billing of Medicare B claims/liliMaintains confidentiality, security and integrity of PHI information/liliNeed to communicate any issues to Third Party manager that need to be addressed or any issues that need to be resolved./li/olpEducation:/ppHigh School Diploma or equivalent/ppProfessional Experience:/pulliExperience in long term care or retail pharmacy environment/lili1-3 years of Billing experience/liliExperience in Frameworks, a definite plus/liliCommunication, problem solving and organizational skills a must/liliMust be able to work in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines/liliTyping, computer and multi-tasking skills are a must/liliStrong customer service skills/li/ulpPartners Pharmacy - Our mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
