Schedule Information

• Rotating 12-hour, 2/3 schedule
  
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
  
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
  
• Approximately 15-17 workdays per month
  
• Employees are scheduled every other weekend, with the alternate weekend off
  
• A and C crews work the day shift
  

Production Operator Requirements

• Minimum of six months of work experience
  
• Steady work history preferred
  
• Previous experience working 12-hour shifts preferred
  
• Ability to use small hand tools, including chisels, scrapers, hole punches, hammers, and drills
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Ability to follow product guidelines and customer requirements
  
• Ability to complete repetitive production and assembly tasks
  
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English sufficiently to follow safety instructions, work instructions, and product guidelines
  
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule and every other weekend
  
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
  

Key Responsibilities

• Remove completed products from production presses.
  
• Clean and trim parts according to established quality standards.
  
• Use chisels, scrapers, hole punches, and other small hand tools safely.
  
• Inspect parts for defects and verify that quality requirements are met.
  
• Assemble components into finished products.
  
• Follow product guidelines and customer specifications.
  
• Use hammers, drills, and hole punches during the assembly process.
  
• Accurately record scrap materials.
  
• Place scrap in the appropriate identified location.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Report quality, production, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
  
• Follow all workplace-safety and production procedures.
  
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
