Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing diagnostic tools to inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing progress evaluations, adapting interventions and strategies to maintain alignment with the individual client’s mental health goals.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of treatment records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients impacted by cancer diagnoses, providing essential mental health support as they navigate the emotional challenges of their diagnosis and treatment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license issued by the State of California.

• Demonstrated ability to perform essential physical functions related to the role (e.g., standing, walking, bending) and to lift a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.

• At least two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably focusing on outpatient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gateway Behavioral Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
