A regional independent agency looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage, grow, and service a book of business containing mostly middle-market accounts, with some high-net-worth. Key Responsibilities Work with clients and prospects to design personal insurance programs Manage and service client from start to finish, addressing concerns, service issues and providing appropriate solutions Round accounts when possible and retain existing clients Qualifications 3+ years experience of working with personal lines accounts Active P&C Insurance License Experience with Applied EPIC, AMS360 or other AMS systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with various insurance products Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pay range and compensation package Hybrid work model containing a mix of 50% remote and 50% in-office days #J-18808-Ljbffr
