The Project Executive holds ultimate responsibility and ownership for multiple projects and/or sectors throughout the entire project lifecycle.This is a senior leadership position for a commercial construction professional with strong experience leading and developing teams.This is an in-office position in based at our Lynchburg, VA Headquarters, with regular travel to project sites in Central Virginia. Experience, Education, & Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of field construction management experience at a senior management level, including managing projects exceeding $40M. Demonstrated experience across preconstruction, field supervision, and project management. Must possess working knowledge of or a willingness to learn: Outlook, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, and Viewpoint. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 25lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others.
