Minimum Qualifications Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Culinary school training or certification. Experience working in a Mexican or Latin American cuisine kitchen. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques specific to the restaurant's menu. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations and equipment. Ensure all food is stored, handled, and prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to manage food orders and maintain efficient workflow during service hours. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or quality issues.
