Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals and outline strategies for overcoming barriers to mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each student’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Continuously evaluate and adapt therapeutic approaches based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students ranging from elementary to high school, many of whom may be dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or trauma. By actively engaging with students in a school setting, you will help them navigate personal challenges, fostering resilience and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• At least 3 years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.

• Strong understanding of contemporary evidence-based therapeutic modalities and clinical practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster trust and collaboration with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
