As a member of our telehealth team, you will enjoy flexibility in your work schedule with typical operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. While this schedule is generally fixed, some adjustments may be necessary to accommodate the availability and needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and determine their mental health status, employing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring these methods align with the client's unique needs and treatment goals.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, contributing to a safe and compliant clinical environment.

• Collaborate actively with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to share insights and enhance the continuity of care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
