This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience looking to grow their career within a collaborative and sophisticated practice. Responsibilities Handle a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation matters. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents. Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and witness preparation. Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as appropriate. Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop effective litigation strategies. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. 3-5 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience. Strong academic credentials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional analytical, research, and organizational abilities. Licensed and in good standing in the state where you practice.
