What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cold calling salons daily (phone, in-person, and leveraging social)

• Opening new accounts and building long-term relationships
\n
• Managing and growing a defined territory
\n
• Following up relentlessly (because fortune favors follow-up)
\n
• Partnering with education and marketing to grow accounts long-term
\n

What Success Looks Like:

• Consistent daily activity (calls, visits, follow-ups)
\n
• First sales within the first 30-45 days
\n
• Building a real pipeline - not “checking in”
\n
• Becoming known in your market
\n

Who Thrives Here:

• Beauty industry experience (Distributor Rep, Manufacturer Rep, Local Educator, etc.)

• Comfortable with rejection and accountability
\n
• Competitive, self-motivated, and organized
\n
• Relationship-driven but hunter-minded
\n
• Likes being out in the field more than sitting at a desk
\n

• 3-5 years of outside sales & account management success (bonus points if it's in the beauty industry).

• A people person: You can strike up a conversation with anyone and build relationships that last.

• Results-driven mindset: You love the thrill of closing a sale and crushing goals.
\n
• A road warrior: Comfortable with up to 80% travel, including occasional overnights.

• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office Suite? Teams? CRM tools? No problem.
