The role also involves providing leadership across financial reporting, accounting, tax, audit, and internal controls, and requires the ability to analyze business and financial performance to provide strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, and a proven track record in managing financial and capital strategies. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years' of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience are essential, along with a strong executive presence and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
