Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
