Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join ICAT . This role will be based in Broomfield, CO; Bethesda, MD; or Kalispell, MT. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days per week in the office. This is a role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working at the intersection of product, underwriting, operations, and technology. Responsibilities Be a liaison between product, underwriting, and technology teams to support property insurance products and their associated applications Understand our business and technology environments, applications, and processes to gather and document business requirements for projects and enhancements Communicate with external and internal customers to analyze current issues and deliver solutions and guidance Perform or coordinate testing, track bugs and change requests, and help triage production issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of experience in product, underwriting, or similar role Curiosity and willingness to learn Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills Proficiency with technology and working with large amounts of information; proficiency in Word and Excel Desired Insurance industry experience and certifications (e.g., CPCU, insurance license) Understanding of application programming, database and system designs, and project management methodology, along with the ability to apply critical and creative thinking to find solutions Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures, including the designing and documenting detailed process flows Benefits We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders. Compensation and Benefits The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,100 to $160,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
