Educational Background

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, preferably leading to ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure in the position.
