Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish comprehensive client profiles and create individualized treatment plans that target specific mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Guide clients in setting clear, measurable goals to facilitate their progress throughout the therapeutic journey. Provide ongoing support and adjust treatment plans as needed to align with each client's evolving needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques to foster emotional growth and healing.

• Document client interactions meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards, writing detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to highlight client achievements and areas for improvement.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress and coordinating with other professionals and resources to secure the needed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
