Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Manager

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle. Establish cost‑benefit analyses for required phases of the project. Communicate regularly with the Program Director and stakeholders on project status, risk, and issues. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; assemble project teams and assign deliverables. Manage approved objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables to meet business goals. Revise project plans as required to accommodate changing needs and requirements following the SDLC methodology. Oversee all aspects of CE implementations. Basic Qualifications 5‑8years of experience leading technical teams with strong project‑management and system/technology development skills. Proven experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions within scope, budget, and cost. Leadership ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high‑performing teams. Business‑facing skills with solid financial analysis and planning knowledge. Ability to multitask and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward simultaneously. Strong understanding of technology, quick learner, and able to apply new technologies. Proven influence, change leadership, and team‑driving experience. Preferred Qualifications Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder‑management skills. Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. Proficiency with MS Project or a related project‑management tool. PMP certification preferred. Benefits Competitive salary range: $107,000 – $214,500. Eligibility for discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
